Avocados the way Nature Intended

The project began as a ten acre stand of 10 - 15 year old avocado trees. The trees were growing in depleted soil that had been commercially cultivated with the normal doses of agrochemicals. The initial pH of the soil was off from where it should have been by about 2 points, making it "constipated" when it came to optimal biological activity.

We helped the soil convalesce just like one would with a patient in the hospital. We fed it a nourishing diet rich in soil nutrients and minerals. We introduced some biological organisms and even did some energy work on the soil ecology. Once the soil improved, the trees naturally followed, and rewarded us by producing some super nutritious and very tasty avocados.

When you eat foods produced the way nature intended, your body naturally follows right along. Nutrients and healthy properties are taken right up by your cells.

But it all begins with the soil. That's the biggest asset. And it's all about the partnership the grower and the soil form.
